Payments are all invoiced in swiss francs (CHF). Credit cards will be debited in CHF, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction. When clients place orders online, credit details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Stripe.
All orders are processed within 1 working day and shipped with Swiss Post. The products will travel with alternative vehicles in order to assure a reduce of co2 emissions compared to conventional shipment methods.
Orders received on a saturday, sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day. We do not accept responsibility for carrier delays, or delays caused by holidays or natural disasters. Delivery costs are offered.
